How we can help you.
We provide NDIS-funded services to individuals living with a Mental Health and/or Psychosocial Disability.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL), funded by the NDIS, facilitates independent living, either alone or with others. Typically offering 24-hour support, it addresses daily tasks like cleaning, cooking, personal care, and skill development. SIL ensures a supportive environment, promoting autonomy and enhancing overall quality of life.
Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC)
Specialised substitute residential care involves an agreement between a parent and an organisation for a child to receive care away from their home for 3 or more nights in any 7-day period. This care is specifically for respite or behavior support, and may be funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Behaviour & Complex
Support Needs
Behavior support involves tailoring individualised strategies for people with disabilities that respond to their unique needs. The aim is to minimise or eliminate the reliance on regulated restrictive practices, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritises the individual's well-being and growth.
Social Community & Civic Participation
We provide comprehensive development and training programs to enhance your skill set, empowering you to actively participate in a variety of community, social, and recreational activities. We are dedicated to providing tailored support that fosters personal growth and community involvement.
Life Skills & Development
Life skills encompass the essential abilities acquired to navigate the complexities of daily life, facing challenges and meeting societal expectations. Individuals with disabilities may develop unique life skills based on distinct experiences and encounters, reflecting diverse perspectives and coping strategies tailored to their specific journey.
Assist Life Stages & Transitions
